Here's what PUSH.ca's Matt Houghton had to say about it:

"Last weekend at the Toronto Shred Show (I am officially renaming it: "The Toronto Ski, Snowboard and Travel Show" is way too long) I took in a proper theatre screening of That's It, That's All, thanks to the efforts of Quiksilver and Red Bull, who set up and promoted the event. The theatre was conveniently located right across the street from the show, so all you really had to do was stumble outside, block the sun from your eyes, take in a few gulps of outdoor air, and accept the free can of Red Bull you were handed when you entered the theatre. And that's exactly what myself and Push content manager Matt Forsythe did, along with hundreds of kids from the show.
There's been no shortage of hype or conversation surrounding this video. I mean, shit, it stars Travis Rice! Widely considered the best rider in the world, when you pair Rice up with an unprecedented filming and production budget (and you know, a couple of helicopters), and allow him to handpick his favourite fellow pros to join him for a few shoots, you're bound to get something totally banannas.
That's It, That's All was filmed in HD, and rumour has it that a special HD projector has been used for all of the premiers to ensure a quality screening. Once the lights dimmed and the video began rolling, there was no questioning the quality. It's easily the crispiest video I've ever seen -- sharp, bright and lively -- and it was a treat seeing it on a big screen with a grip of other riled-up shredders. The video plays at a pace unlike most other videos you've seen or will see. The camera work is spectacular, and equal attention is given to dramatic shots of mountains and wildlife. Rice provides naration throughout the video, setting up each location and explaining who he's with and what's about to go down. His fellow riders are also given camera time, often to extoll the radness of Rice, but thankfully it comes across in a genuine fashion.
The greatest compliment I can give That's It, That's All is how it made me feel. Any good snowboard video will get me stoked at the start of the season, but this video made me feel like I was 15 again: like I had just watched Snowboarders In Exile for the first time and could barely comprehend what I was witnessing on screen. It was impossible to relate to any of it, really. The nut-shrinking AK footage of Jeremy Jones descending a crazy-narrow and retarded-steep spine, the endless double-cork variations Rice can thrown down on any jump, the helicopter follow-cam shots... It's more like watching fantasy sequences than something you can picture yourself replicating. But to me, that was the entire point. It took the skill, clout and connections of rider like Rice to allow the creation of a video like this: something so fantastic and next-level that it can transport us all back to how we felt in the formative years of snowboarding.
So, yeah... I am going to buy a copy as soon as I can. And you can bet I will watch this video over and over again. It won't necesarily make me stoked to ride in a literal fashion, but it will definitely make me stoked about riding period, and remind me why I've dedicated much of the last 20 years of my life to snowboarding. It's just that good.

Hope you enjoy, or at least hope it makes you think about the age we are living in.
"In a race to be the first at everything, both Whistler Blackcomb and Sun Peaks have fired up their snow guns, hoping to build solid bases for the coming year.
Whistler Blackcomb has a planned opening date of November 27th, and Sun Peaks plans on firing up the lifts on November 22nd. Although, there's no doubt in my mind that either resort would have problem opening early if the weather permits."

So, for those of you who live under a rock or in Sudbury, this weekend is the Toronto Ski and Snowboard Show. Always a good time, with lots of shred buddies flying in and lots of movie premieres and parties.
Hope to see you all at the show, and if you're of age, at the parties!
